Community-informed master planning of a 42-acre parcel through events, programs, surveys, and a lending-library of activities. Recreation Station, a free community lending library of activities, was conceptualized as a way to gather community feedback about ways to create more life along the waterfront in South Boston.

Since 2011 we’ve created over a 100 short term retail experiences and pilot programs to spurn economic growth drivers in suffering retail markets to delivering proof of concept and/ or to support gaps within districts.

Studio Allston Hotel
Over 20 local artists, 117 unique hotel rooms, and 4 immersive hotel suites took the former “worst hotel in Boston” into one of the best reviewed and constantly booked hotels in the city.
