To start engagement, the Isenberg Projects team will look outward into the market to understand trends, best practices and experiences to inform concepting and develop the foundation on which the rest of the engagement is built upon
We believe that the best communities are hyper collaborative. In this phase of work, Isenberg Projects explores what gaps in the market exist, saturation and what people want in their neighborhood. In the process we uncover potential partners, tenants, community groups and audiences.
Focusing on opportunity areas uncovered during the discovery portion of the engagement, we’ll design events, experiences, and/or engagement concepts tailored to your place. This is the most successful kind of storytelling, show not tell.
During this phase IP will suggest and advise on the next steps necessary to execute the vision and tap into the true potential of your site.
