Summary
With most of the ground floor retail leased at Continuum, a new apartment complex in Allston, MA, but nothing opening for over a year, Samuels & Associates engaged IP to activate the ground floor through public art, events, and pop up retail.
The Challenge
To engage with the local community through public art, events, and pop up retail to give a glimpse of what is to come.
The Outcome
A strategic mix of public art, events, and popups that gained local attention and foot traffic including a Spreak Break event series, 12-week ice cream pop up with Parlor Ice Cream Co., a multi window public art installation, and more.
